Econo Lodge & Suites Airport North Syracuse

location: the hotel was not far from the syracuse airport and the shuttle and syracuse. neat room with the things i needed.

Walls too thin, you could hear everything... too many people in the hallways, the couple next door fought all night, yelling, screaming, and I think she was being knocked around by the sounds of it!! It woke me up several times and I felt unsafe that close to the action. The walls were dirty, looked like blood on the baseboards of the bathroom, stains on the comforter, burn marks in the blankets, the fridge was not clean, I just KNOW the remote was not clean - I was afraid to touch it without hand sanitizer!! The beds were lopsided and so uncomfortable. The guy at the front was rude on the phone, and the lady at the front when I checked in was so unappropriately dressed! Breakfast was so unappealing, too many sugary prepackaged pasteries, and the coffee was gross!!

Reserved a handicapped room not available on arrival. A staff member tryed to break into the room on the second night thinking the room should be empty.

The bed was fine, but the pillows were below average. The location of the motel was good.

The room was not clean. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom, the toilet was not clean, the wallpaper was coming off behind the toilet. The wingback chair was filthy and I would not put anything on it. There were some small holes in the wall, The continental breakfast was below what we have had in other motels. We were unable to get other lodging in the area due to a big event on that weekend or would not have stayed. We have photos of the room and can forward to you if required.

could use a little paint & TLC in the guest rooms. Room was a little crowded with furniture.

Came in North Syracuse to relax and have fun, this good budget hotel was superb base for doing it. The room was neat and the personnel was really helpful. I liked it, have never been in a better property.

Bed was clean and comfortable.

Property is very tired and needs to have a thorough upgrade. Dirt everywhere that the vacuum could not pick up. Other than an over ripe banana, no healthy choices for breakfast.

The location & price was convenient.

the whole place smelled like ciggarettes. Our 2 rooms were non smoking and smelled of smoke. The bedspreads had cigarette burns and the furniture was beat up. We couldn't wait to get out of there as early as possible. Staff was unkept as well.

Family with kids great budget option

I checked in with my family and the night clerk was super friendly he helped us out with a nice room on the 2nd floor that looked newly renovated like they put in new flooring and drapes and stuff

It wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got it was still fine

Had a blast here with my friends! We caught a game at the Carrier Dome and enjoyed free WiFi all around. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was simple but did the job. Perfect if you're looking for a budget-friendly spot with decent amenities.

Close to the airport

The bathroom had dust/dirt on the counter top edges.

Beds were very comfortable and rooms were roomy. Good price.

The restaurant did not offer a very good menu. Some of the fruit(apples) were going bad. At night hard to spot the driveway into the hotel. You need extra lighting.

Comfortable room, great breakfast choices.

Location close to airport. They have airport shuttle service which I should have taken advantage of considering the airport long term parking has no security and no shuttle service from the airport terminal to the parking lot. Had I known this, I would have used the Econo Lodge's shuttle service.

Toilet overflowed after flushing it. I was moved to another room which was fine.
